The products sold on our site are handmade and of our own design. Our customers can order the product they see in the picture and video to be prepared specifically for them. They are required to make a deposit payment when placing an order. After the product is prepared, we send the picture to our customers. If they do not like the product, we refund their deposit. If they like the product and approve it to be shipped, they can receive the product by making the remaining payment. We should point out that if the customer changes his mind after the product is shipped, the deposit will not be refunded.

Our customers in Istanbul make the remaining payment in cash at the door.
Our customers outside Istanbul make the remaining payment by transfer or EFT to our IBAN number.
Since our products are specially prepared for each person, we cannot return or exchange them after you receive the product and make the payment. We ask for your understanding on this matter.
